Welcome to the Montgomery Dive Club
The Montgomery Dive Club is a nationally recognized AAU and USA Diving Program based in Montgomery County, Maryland. We offer professional instruction in springboard and platform diving for participants of all ages and abilities. Start out with our Human Springs Lessons and learn the basics. For a greater challenge and a taste of competition, move on to the Human Springs Team. If you have the skill, courage and commitment, you may be invited to join our National Training Programs. Whatever program you’re in, you’ll find professional coaches emphasizing sound diving techniques in a fun, encouraging atmosphere.
