MAC/KSAC/MLK Workout Schedule Changes 12/14-12/22

Due to coach travel, we are making the following changes for the next 10 days:

NTP will meet ONLY at 3:30-6:30 pm M-W-F 12/14-12/21.  Those who come 5:30-8:30 are asked to come at 3:30 pm.

NTP Members who are willing to workout with the NDP T-Th from 6-8 pm 12/15-22 are asked to contact Coach Jeff about making that happen, so as to alleviate potential overload during 3:30-6:30 pm.

There will be no NDP/NTP MLK Workout on Saturday, 12/17.

Thank you for helping us serve you best while we have several coaches out of town.

We will have 330-630 NTP at MAC/KSAC Monday - Friday the week of Dec 19-23.

Tanner Wilfong - Personal Best at Hobie International

Tanner had a so-so prelims, followed by a brilliant finals.  He earned a huge PB of 362+ and beat a National Training Center diver and an IU Diver (both of whom are qualified for the Olympic Trials).  He was solid on his 107B for 7+, did his best ever 407C for 7.6-8.4s, did a solid 6243D for 5.5s and hit his 5253B for 6.5+, the latter two of which he recently re-learned after having a tough 2011 season with them.

Dive Sheet Entry for Meets

Divers are responsible to enter their dive sheets on divemeets.com themselves, with the exception of new NDP divers, who work with the coaches to set their lists.  Divers with any questions about their lists should talk to the coaches for guidance and advice.

Practice Times for the Instead of Spinner Invite

No practice in New Jersey on Friday - coaches will be conducting practices at our home facilities.

Practice on Saturday morning 7 am for the 13 and Under divers

Optional Practice on Saturday afternoon, after events finish, for 14 and Older divers

Practice on Sunday morning 7 am for 14 and Older Divers.

Instead of Spinner Deadline is Friday, 12/9/11, 9 AM Sharp
